Here's how you can make it the easy way.Ingredients for the Dal:1 cup Chana Dal4 Green Chillies1/2 tsp Jaggery1 tsp Red Chilli powder1 tsp Jeera (Cumin)1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)1/2 tsp Amchur (Mango powder)1/4 tsp Turmeric3 tsp OilMethod: Soak chana dal for 1 hour and cook till soft. Heat 3 tsp oil and put in jeera, hing, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur and the cooked dal. Add water, salt and jaggery and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. To serve, top the dal with Imli chutney, mint chutney, chopped onions and coriander leaves.
