DAL NOODLE PAKODAIngredients½ cup moong dal, soaked and drained½ cup cooked noodles1 tbsp rice flour2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves1-2 fresh green garlic, chopped1-2 green chillies, choppedCrushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to taste1½ tbsps tandoori mayonnaiseOil for deep fryingGreen chutney to serveMethod1. In a blender, add moong dal, blend to a smooth paste. Transfer into a bowl and add cooked noodles. 2. Add rice flour, chopped coriander, garlic, green chillies, crushed black peppercorns, salt, tandoori mayo, mix well.3. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, drop in small balls of the prepared mixture in to the hot oil and deep fry till golden and crispy.4.
