Dal Makhani | How To Make Dal Makhani | Punjabi Cuisine | Simply Jain

Dal Makhani is a popular Punjabi dish made with a combination of black Urad Dal and Rajma. It is called as Maa di dal in Punjab. It's smooth velvety texture makes it easy to drink as well as eat with either roti, rice or any kind of breads.

Ingredient required for Dal Makhani / Black Dal

150 grams of Black gram
150 grams of Rajma
3 tbsp of Ghee
1/2 tsp of Hing
1 tsp of Green chillies
2 cup Tomato puree
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Jeera Powder
2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
