तेल (Refined Oil) - 4 tablespoons
राई (Mustard Seeds) - 1 tablespoon
उबले आलू (Boiled Potatoes) - 6
कड़ी पत्ता (Curry Leaves) - 25
हल्दी (Turmeric Powder) - 1 teaspoon
नमक (Salt) - 1 tablespoon
हरी मिर्च (Green Chillies) - 4
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च (Kashmiri Red Chilly) - 2 teaspoons
साम्भर मसाला (Sambhar Masala) - 2 tablespoons
