Preparation Time: 10 minutesMakes 1 cup Ingredients1/2 cup roughly chopped coriander (dhania)1 cup roughly chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves2 green chillies , roughly chopped1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 cup thinly sliced onions12 ginger (adrak)2 tsp sugarsalt to taste1/2 cup fresh curds (dahi) , whiskedMethod 1. Combine all the ingredients, except the curds and blend in a blender to a smooth paste using a little water.2. Transfer the chutney to a bowl, add the curds and mix well.3. Refrigerate and use as required.
