Ingredients

Chikpeas - half cup-soked overnight,

For batter-
kishmish 15 no,
pista-half tbsp,
food colour-1-2pinch,
baking powder-2-4pinch,
Oil for frying.

For Soaking Vada

Salt half tbsp,
Water - 700 ml

For Curd Base
Curd - 400 ml
Cream 100 ml
Sugar as per taste

For Final Touch

Chat masala,
Red chilli powder,
roasted cumin powder,
tomato ketchup,
tamarind sauce.
