3/4 cup Urad Dal
1/4 cup Moong Dal
Salt to taste
Water
1 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Hing
A handful of Coriander leaves
2 Green Chillies
Juice of 1 Lemon
3 Garlic Cloves
Salt to taste
3 tbsp powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp Black Salt
2 cups Curd
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Red Chilli powder
A pinch of roasted Cumin powder
Tamarind and Date chutney as required
