In a bowl add flour, semolina, salt, water as required and knead medium soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 mins2. Cut the dough into four parts and then roll one part into a very thin sheet. Note: the thinner will be the sheet; the crisper will be the gol gappas.3. Using a round mold cut into round shapes. Heat oil in a pan and fry by gently pressing it in the oil until it puffs up.Directions for Filling Preparation:4. In a bowl, Boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, soaked phulkiyan, sliced onions and sliced cabbage and chaat masala. Mix well and your filling is ready.Directions for Assembling:5. Make a hole in gol gappas and add filling. Top with green chutney, yogurt, chaat Masala, sevi, Imli ki chutney, pomegranate and lastly with Kurkure Toofani Mirch.6. Add mint leaves on top and serve.
