A delicious dahi parantha stuffed with a cottage-cheese mixture and cooked till perfection. Wholesome & yummy!DAHI PANEER PARANTHAIngredients½ cup yogurt (dahi) + to serve200 grams cottage cheese (paneer), grated1½ cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) + for dusting Salt to taste1 tbsp ghee + for applying½ tsp dried mango powder (amchur)1 tsp Tata Sampann Chilli Powder¼ tsp turmeric powder2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesPickle to serveMethod1. Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl, add salt, yogurt, and ghee and knead to a soft dough. Cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes.2. To make the stuffing, take paneer in another bowl. Add salt, dried mango powder, Tata Sampann Chilli Powder, turmeric powder and coriander and mix well.3. To make the parantha, take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a ball. Make a cavity in the centre and stuff it with a portion of the stuffing, bring the sides to the centre and press to seal. Dust the worktop with some flour and roll into a parantha.4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the parantha on it and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip, apply some ghee and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip again, and apply some ghee on the other side and continue to cook for 1 minute.5.
