Ready in a jiffy, this yogurt potato sabzi is simply fantasticDAHI KI SABZIIngredients400 gms yogurt2 tbsps oil½ tsp cumin seeds2 medium onions, sliced2-3 green chillies, chopped1 tsp coriander powder¼ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste½ cup boondi½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)½ tsp garam masala powderMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and saute till their colour changes. Add onions and mix. Add green chillies and mix and saute for 2 minutes.2. Add coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix. Add yogurt and mix. Add salt and mix well and cook, stirring, for a couple of minutes.3. Add boondi, dried fenugreek leaves and garam masala powder and mix well. 4.
