Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt, chaat masala, red chili sauce, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice and mix it well. Add water as required, boiled chickpea, curry masala and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Your chana chaat is ready. Set aside. Directions for tamarind date chutney: In a pan add tamarind pulp, chili flakes, brown sugar, salt, cumin powder and sugar.Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, then add dates and mix it well. Add the mixture in blender, add mint leaves and blend until you get a smooth paste. Your tamarind date chutney is ready. Set aside. Assembling: In a plate add prepared chana chaat, top it with onion, potatoes and tomatoes.Sprinkle chaat masala, drizzle tamarind date chutney, green sauce and yogurt on top.
