The everyday favourite recipe in a different avatar- Bhindi with yogurt and gram flour makes this sabzi exciting enough for you to try!DAHI BHINDIIngredients ¾ cup yogurt (dahi)Salt to taste¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powder1½ tbsps Tata Sampann Fine Besan 2 tsps oil¾ tsp cumin seeds2 dried red chillies20-25 lady fingers (bhindi), cut into 1 inch piecesFreshly chopped coriander leaves for garnish Method1. In a bowl, add yogurt, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and Tata Sampann Fine Besan and whisk till smooth. 2. Heat oil in a wide pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Break and add dried red chillies and sauté for a few seconds. 3. Add lady fingers and sauté on high heat. Sprinkle salt and continue to sauté for 1-2 minutes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, sautéing occasionally.4. Add the prepared yogurt mixture and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes and take the pan off the heat. 5. Transfer the prepared dahi bhindi in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
