Dahi Bhalla Recipe is also one of the famous food street snacks. dahi vada recipe is Dumplings made from lentils and served with spices and yogurt, making it a great appetizing snack.
Ingredients:
Golden lentil (mung dal) 1 cup
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Yogurt 1 kg
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Salt
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Fresh mint leaves
Green chili 1

Recipe of dahi vada:
In a blender, blend yellow lentil, plain flour, baking powder, red chili & salt with some water, then take it out in another bowl.
Pour the Bhalla paste by hand or by big spoon to fry in hot oil to form a round shape like Bhalla.
Dip Bhalla in water to swell for 2-3 mins, then drain water by squeezing Bhalla one by one through hands palms.
Put Bhalla in a big bowl and pour yogurt with cumin seeds and coriander all over it.
You can enjoy your Dahi Bhalla / sev puri now.
