Dahi Baingan Recipe | Dahi Baigana | Brinjal Curd Curry | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 1 Cup curd
• chopped tomato ½
• chopped onion ½
• Eggplant 2
• Mustard seeds
• curry patta
• Dry red chilli
• 1 TSP fried garlic
• 2 TSP cumin powder
• 1 TSP dried mango powder
• chopped green chilli
• 1 TSP garam masala
Process:
Step 1:
Whisked curd:
• Add 1 Cup curd
• Add ¼ Cup water
• Add chopped tomato
• Add chopped onion
• Add salt to taste
Step 2
• Marinate brinjal with turmeric powder and salt
• Heat the oil
• Add marinated brinjal 2
• Fry it
• In a separate pan add oil
• Add few mustard seeds
• Add curry leaves
• Add dry red chilli
• Add 1 TSP fried garlic
• Add 1 cup whisked curd
• Add 2 TSP cumin powder
• Add 2 TSP red chilli powder
• Mix it nicely
• Add fried egg plant
• Cover with a lid for 7-8 mints
• Press it from middle (so that masala will go inside)
• Add 1 TSP dried mango powder
• Add chopped green chilli
• Add 1 TSP garam masala
