Made using flattened rice, this recipe is ready with minutes!DADPE POHEIngredients3 cups pressed rice (poha)2 tbsps oil1 tsp mustard seeds¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)2 green chillies, finely chopped½ tsp turmeric powder1 medium onion, finely chopped1 tsp methkutSalt to taste1 tsp sugar2 tsps lemon juice2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves¼ cup scraped fresh coconut2 fried red chilliesFresh coriander sprig for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add asafoetida and mix well. Add green chillies, turmeric powder, and mix. Cook for 1 minute.2. Take pressed rice in a large plate. Add the prepared tempering over it. Add onion, methkut, salt, sugar, lemon juice, coriander leaves and coconut and mix till well combined. Cover and set aside for 25-30 minutes.3. Break the fried red chillies into small pieces and add into the prepared mixture and mix well.4. Transfer into a serving bowl.
