Ingredients
½ tbsp of coriander powder
1 tbsp of tamarind paste
1 tsp of garam masala
2 tbsp of chickpea flour
Few coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp of jeera seeds (cumin seeds)
½ tsp of hing (asafetida)
Salt to taste
1 tsp of haldi powder (turmeric powder)
2 tsp of red chilli powder
1 onion, minced
1 cup of cauliflower florets, boiled
¼ cup of green peas, boiled
½ cup of tomato puree
8-10 baby potatoes
1 large drumstick, cut into big pieces
1 tbsp of oil
Water as required
