Daal Vada(मसाला वड़ा/दाल वड़ा)

Dal Vada is a delicious Indian recipe served as a snack. The dal in the vada can be substituted with channa dal, moong dal, urad dal or mixed dal. Dal Vadas are also known as pakoras, bhajias or fritters.

Ingredients

200 Vegetable oil.
1 tablespoon salt.
1 teaspoon ajwain(Carom Seeds)
1 tablespoon rice powder.
Chopped coriander leaves.
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 Garlic
10-12 Curry leaves.
3 chopped green chilly
1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
200 gm soaked chana daal.
1 finely chopped onion.
