Ingredients for Daal pakora:
Yellow Lentils (soaked) 2 cups
Green chilies 3-4
Ginger pods 2
Garlic Cloves 2-3
Green Coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp / to taste
Water as required
Oil (for frying)

Directions for Moong Daal Pakora Preparation:
1. In a blender add yellow lentils, green chilies, green coriander, garlic pods, ginger cloves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt, and mix it well. Add water and form a
thick batter.
2. Now take a spoonful of this mixture and deep fry until golden brown and fully
done.
3. Your Daal Pakora is ready.
