daal mash recipe @Cooking with Asifa Ingredients:-Cooking Oil (3/4 cup)Vegetables:- Tomatoes (2)- Onions (2)- Green Chilies (3-5)- Coriander leaves Spices:- Coriander powder (0.5 tsp)- Red Chili Flakes (1 tsp)- Salt- Fenugreek (0.5 tsp)- Turmeric Powder (0.5 tsp)- Garam-Masala - Cumin Seeds (1 tsp)Others:- Ginger (1 tbsp)- Garlic (1 tbsp)- Dal Mash/ Urad Daal (250 g)- Yogurt (2 tbsp)Recipe:-- Soak dal mash in water for 2-3 hrs before you boil it.In pan, boil water and add lentils & cook it 80% & 20% will be cooked with tomato curry.- Heat oil in other pan, add chopped onions (2), garam-masala, fenugreek & cook until it turns golden brown and then add ginger garlic paste with chopped green chilies.- Add chopped tomatoes (2) & steam cook for few minutes until tomatoes turns into thick paste (gravy).- Now add yogurt(2 tbsp), coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chili flakes & stir-fry for few minutes.- Add the boiled lentil into the tomato curry & cook till water dries out on high flame.- Add green chilies (2-3) , chopped coriander & steam cook for few minutes before serving.More Delicious Recipes From Chef Asifa:YT: https://www.youtube.com/c/cookingwithasifa
