In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, onion and cook for a minute.2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.3. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook for another minute.4. Add water in 2 intervals and cook until masala is ready.5.
