Dal Kafta
Ingredients:
Water (for boiling) as required
Split Chickpeas (soaked) 1 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 1 cup
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Water 3/4 + 3/4 + 3/4 cup
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
K&N’s Kafta Kabab 515 g (15-16)
Green coriander (chopped) as required

Directions:
1. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, onion and cook for a minute.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.
3. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook for another minute.
4. Add water in 2 intervals and cook until masala is ready.
5. Now add tomatoes, boiled split chickpeas and cook for 2 minutes. Add water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Fry K&N’s Kafta Kabab as per instructions on the pack.
7. Add K&N’s Kafta Kabab and Dal and give it a good mix.
8. Now add garam masala and mix again.
9. Garnish it green coriander and mix well.
10. Your Kafta Kabab is ready. Serve it with roti or rice and enjoy.
