Ingredients
Full Cream Milk - फुल क्रीम दूध - 1 Litre
Custard Apple - सीताफल / शरीफा - 2
Cardamom - इलायची - 4-5
Sugar - चीनी - 3 tbsp

How to prepare Sharifa Basundi?

1. Take 1-liter full cream milk and bring it to a boil.
2. Extract pulp from 2-Sharifa and keep it in a sieve with a bowl underneath.
3. Press the pulp in the sieve, discard the seeds and transfer the remaining pulp to the extracted pulp bowl.
4. Stir the milk at intervals and simmer over medium heat till half of its original quantity.
5. Once the milk thickens, add 5-coarsely crushed cardamom powder and 3 tbsp of sugar.
6. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
7. After 10 minutes, add Sharifa pulp to the milk and mix well.
8. Transfer the basundi to a bowl and garnish it with pista flakes.
9. Refrigerate it for an hour.
10. Sharifa basundi is ready to be served
