Curd Mayo Dip | Nachos Dip | Dip with Snacks | Anyone Can Cook with Dr.Alisha

Curd Mayo dip is a creamy luscious and tangy dip,it has very exciting flavours which is a combination of taste of mayonnaise and benefits of curd. Curd is very healthy for us.It has probiotic properties and it is very good for our gut.it boosts our immune system and very good for skin and it controls the blood pressure.You must include this in your diet.For Curd mayo dip we need
Ingredients:
Mayonnaise 2tbsp
Hung Curd 1tbsp
Sugar(crushed) 1tsp
Lime juice 1/2tsp
Onion(finely chopped) 2tsp
Capsicum(finely chopped) 2tsp
Oregano
Chilli Flakes
Salt

Method:
1.In a bowl take 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and add 1 tbsp of hung curd(to make hung curd,add curd in a kitchen towel and place it or hang it for 2-3 hrs ,after some time its thick portion gets separated from water from curd.That thick portion is known as hung curd)
2.Add 1 tsp of crushed sugar,1/2 tsp of lime juice.
3.Add salt (Almost 1/4 tsp),add onion and capsicum.
4.Add oregano and chilli flakes ,mix well .
5.Our curd mayo dip is ready.Serve it with any starters(veg. or non veg.)or even with nachos.
