Beat the scorching summers with this amazing cooler. Extremely refreshing, a little spicy and delicious!CUCUMBER CHILLI COOLERIngredients2 English cucumbers½ tsp Tata Sampann Chilli Powder½ cup sugar½ tsp fennel seedsBlack salt to tasteA pinch of roasted cumin powder½ tsp chaat masala1 lemon wedgeCrushed ice as requiredMethod1. Add sugar in a nonstick pan. Add ½ cup water and allow it to come to a boil. Add fennel seeds and continue to boil for 2 minutes.2. Strain and allow to cool.3. Roughly chop the cucumbers. Transfer in a blender jar. Add half the Tata Sampann Chilli Powder, black salt, roasted cumin powder, half the chaat masala and blend to a fine paste. Strain and set aside.4. For the spice mix, mix black salt, remaining Tata Sampann Chilli powder and remaining chaat masala in a plate.5. Rim the glasses with lemon juice and dip in prepared spice mix.6. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour a portion of prepared cucumber mixture.7. Drizzle a portion of prepared syrup and top up with soda.8.
