Crunchy Veggie Balls ingredients:

1/8 cup or 2 tbsp Green Bell Pepper
1/8 cup or 2 tbsp Yellow Bell Pepper
1/8 cup or 2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper
2 tbsp Broccoli (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Zucchini (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Baby Corn (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Cabbage (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Red Cabbage (finely chopped)
2 Amul Cheese (grated)
2 tbsp Cornflour
4-5 tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Oregano
1 & 1/2 tsp Celery Leaves & Stalk
1 tsp Green Chillies (crushed)
Few Basil Leaves
Salt to taste
1 & 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 & 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
Brown breadcrumbs (for coating)
Oil (for frying)
Serve hot with ketchup
