Ingredients
Burger buns: 2
Paneer crumbled: 1 cup
Mix sprouts (mashed): 1 cup
Breadcrumbs: 1/4 cup
Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
Jeera powder: 1 teaspoon
Cucumber: 1
Tomato: 1
Onion: 1
Oil to pan fry the tikkis as required
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons

Method of preparation
First, heat a pan.
Take a bowl and mix paneer, sprouts, breadcrumbs and spices together. If the mixture is too runny, add some more breadcrumbs.
Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the paneer mixture and mix it well.
Shape it into patties and pan fry until lightly brown.
Cut the burger bun in the middle and apply some Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup on the base. Add onion and cucumber slices. Add sprouts and paneer Tikki and top with a slice of tomato. Cover with the other half of bun.
Divide the burger into two and pack in the tiffin.
