Chicken Keema Roti Wrap

Ingredients for Spicy Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Cream 1/4 cup
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp

Ingredients for keema mixture:
Oil 1/4 cup
Chicken keema 800 gm
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp / to taste
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chili tomato sauce 1/4 cup

Ingredients for tortilla wrap:
Roti 3
Prepared chicken keema
Lettuce leaves as required
Mozzarella cheese (shredded) as required
Onion rings as required
Tomato sliced as required
Prepared spicy sauce
Oil as required


Directions for spicy sauce preparation:
1- In a bowl add mayo, salt, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet chili sauce, black pepper, lemon juice, and hot sauce and mix it well.
2- Your spicy sauce is ready. set aside.

Direction for keema mixture:
1- Ina preheated pan add oil, add garlic ginger paste and cook for 1-2 mins.
2- Add chicken keema in it and cook for 3-4 mins until keema changes its color.
3- Now add salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika powder, turmeric powder and cook for 3-4 mins.
4- Now add chili tomato sauce and oregano and cook for 2-3 mins.
5- Your keema mixture is ready. Set aside.

Directions for tortilla wrap:
1- Take a roti and cut it from center to one side. Equally place cheese, lettuce leaves, tomatoes, prepared keema, and prepared sauce into four corners of the roti.
2- Then flip each side to the other side until its properly fold in triangular shape.
3- Take a grill pan, grease butter on it and grill each side for 1 minute.
4- Grease oil on a grill pan and cook chicken keema wrap until it turns golden brown from each side.
5- Your spicy chicken keema roti wrap is ready.
