Ingredients:
Chickpeas (soaked overnight and boiled): ½ cup
Spring onions: 2 tablespoons
Spring onion greens: 1 tablespoon
Chopped onions: 2 teaspoons
Chopped mint: 2 tablespoons
Chopped fresh coriander: 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder: 2 teaspoons
Black pepper powder: 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Besan:1 tablespoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Maida and water for slurry
Sesame seeds to coat
Semolina: 2 tablespoons

Method of preparation:
Take all ingredients except sesame seeds, besan, semolina and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and grind together coarsely.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add besan, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and mix it well.
Make small patties out of the mixture.
Mix maida and water together to make a slurry.
Coat the patties with the slurry and roll in the sesame seeds.
Pan fry the patties until golden brown on both the sides.

Almonds and chopped pineapple (or any fruit of your choice).
