Cauliflower PopcornIngredient Cauliflower cut into small florets 1 no.Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tspSalt to tasteYogurt 2 tbspGinger-garlic paste 1tspRed chilli powder 1 tsp + 1 tspGaram masala powder 1/2 tspAamchur powder 1/2 tspChaat masala 1/2 tsp + 1 tspCoriander powder 1/2 tspRefine flour 1/4 cupCorn flour 1/4 cupCumin seeds 1/4 tspBlack pepper crushed 1 tspWater as requiredBread crumbs 1 cupOil for fryingMethod:1. Heat water in a pan, add turmeric powder and salt.2. Add cauliflower florets, mix well and boil for 3-4 min.3. Take mixing bowl, add yogurt,ginger-garlic paste,red chilli powder, garam masala powder, aamchur powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and wisk well.4. Strain the cauliflower and add to the bowl and mix well. Keep it aside.5. Take another mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp of refine flour, 1 1/2 tbsp of corn flour, salt, cumin seeds, black pepper crushed and water mix well and make a thick batter.6. Now take two plates, take remaining flour and corn flour in one plate and take bread crumbs in another plate.7. Now take marinated cauliflower florets, dust with dry flour than put in prepared slurry and coat with bread crumbs.8. Heat oil in pan and fry the cauliflower until crisp and golden brown in color.9.
