Chicken Tikka Samosa

Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Mixture:
Chicken boneless 500 g
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil (for cooking) 2 tbsp
Heated coal pieces (for smoke) 1-2
Oil (for smoke) 1 tsp

Ingredients for Tikka Samosa:
Chicken Tikka Mixture
Samosa patti as required
Flour mixture (All-purpose flour 1/2 cup + water 1 cup)

Directions for Chicken Tikka Mixture Preparation:
1. Mix chicken, yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, tikka masala, and lemon juice in a bowl. Marinate it for 20-25 mins.
2. In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken and cook until chicken is fully done. your Chicken Tikka Mixture is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Tikka Samosa Preparation:
3. Take a samosa patti and add Chicken Tikka Mixture on it.
4. Now wrap it in rectangular sheep while sealing it with flour mixture.
Note: Can be frozen for up to 15 days
5. Deep fry the prepared samosa for 2-3 mins or until crispy and golden brown.
6. Your Chicken Tikka Samosa is ready. Serve and enjoy.
