Crispy whole wheat cookies | Homemade atta biscuit by (Cooking with Asifa)
These crispy, tender layer, flaky, wholesome n buttery nutritious biscuits, made from whole wheat and butter. Works great with Chai (Milk Tea).
Ingredients:
Milk 2 tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Butter 1/2 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Caster sugar 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
Preheat oven at 180°C(350°F).
Mix butter with castor in a bowl.
Add salt, baking powder, milk, wheat flour & knead to form a stiff dough.
Place dough in the fridge for 10 mins.
With a roller, roll your dough & cut biscuits shappe as you like.
Place your biscuits in the baking tray & prick holes on thme with a fork for designing.
Bake for 20 mins at 180°C(350°F).
Store your biscuits in an Air-Tight container.
