Crispy Soybeans with Chirimenjako
Servings: 10

INGREDIENTS
120g roasted soybeans
100g chirimjenjako (dried small sardines)

A
80g sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon vineger
1 tablespoon water

PREPARATION
1. Stir-fry chirimenjako in a pan for about 5 minutes on low heat until super crispy.

2. Transfer chirimenjako into a plate. Wipe the pan with a paper towel. Put all of ingredients A into the pan and simmer on medium heat.

3. When (2) is thicken, lightly golden and caramelized, turn off the heat.

4. Put the soybeans and chirimenjako (1) into the pan (3) and mix just to combine.

5. Enjoy!
