Stir-fry chirimenjako in a pan for about 5 minutes on low heat until super crispy. 2. Transfer chirimenjako into a plate. Wipe the pan with a paper towel. Put all of ingredients A into the pan and simmer on medium heat. 3. When (2) is thicken, lightly golden and caramelized, turn off the heat. 4.
