Aloo ke wedges banana ke ajza:
Aloo (jild ke sath) 1 kg
Namak hasb-e-zarurat
Paprika powder 1 chaye ka chamach
Kutti laal mirchen 1 khanay ka chamach
Lehsan powder 1 chaye ka chamach
Adrak powder 1 chaye ka chamach
Corn flour 3 khanay ke chamach
Khanay ka tail 2 khanay ke chamach
Khanay ka tail (frying ke liye)
Chaat masala (chiraknay ke liye)

Mayo Mustard Sauce bananay ke ajza:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mustard pastes 1 khanay ka chamach
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Lehsan (katta huwa) 1 khanay ka chamach
Nimbo ka ras 1 khanay ka chamach
Namak aik chutki

Tarkeeb:
1. Aloo ko wedges ki shakal me kaat len or 67-minute ke liye blanch karlen.
2. Ab aik pyalay me blanch kiye huway aloo, namak, paprika powder, kutti laal mirchen, lehsan powder,adrak powder, cornflour or khanay ka tail daal kar achi tarhan mix karlen.
3. Ab aik karahi me tail garam kar ke is me potato wedges ko golden brown honay tak fry kar len.ab ispay chaat masala chirken apkay Aloo ke Wedges tayar hain.
4. Mayo mustard sauce banana ke liye aik pyalay me mayonnaise, mustard paste, ketchup lehsan, nimbo or namak daal kar achi tarhan mix karlen.
5. Mayo Mustard sauce tayar hai potato wedges ke sath serve kare.
Tayari ka waqt: 10 minutes
Bananay ka waqt: 20 minutes
Servings: 2-3


Ingredients:
Potato wedges (with Skin) 1 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Gram Flour 1/4 cup
Oil for frying
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Oil (for frying) as required
Chaat masala (for sprinkle)

Ingredients for Mayo Mustard Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt a pinch

Directions for Potato Wedges Preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes in the shape of wedges and blanch them for 6-7 minutes.
2. Now in a bowl add blanched potato wedges, salt, paprika, red chili flakes, garlic powder, ginger powder, gram flour, corn flour and oil. Mix it well.
3. Now deep fry the wedges until they get golden brown. Sprinkle chaat masala and your Potato Wedges are ready.
Directions for Mayo Mustard Sauce Preparation:
4. In a bowl add mayo, mustard paste, ketchup, garlic, lemon juice, salt and mix it well.
5. Your Mayo Mustard Sauce is ready. Serve with Potato Wedges and enjoy.
