Potato Wedges

Ingredients for Flour Batter:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Mixed herbs 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Water as required

Ingredients for Potato wedges:
Potatoes (slice cut) 500 g
Water (for boiling) as required
Flour batter as required
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Flour Batter Preparation:
1. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, corn flour, mixed herbs, red chili powder, salt, garlic powder, and water and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Potato Wedges Preparation:
2. Take potatoes and cut them into slices. Boil them until 70% done. Remove them from boiling water and pat dry them.
3. Transfer them to a bowl and coat them in corn flour.
4. Now dip them in flour better and deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
5. Your Potato Wedges are ready. Serve and enjoy.
