Crispy Potato Salad Balls
Servings: 8 balls

INGREDIENTS
2 packs potato snaks (138g)
150ml hot water
2 tablespoons potato starch
20g shredded cheese
Some vegetable oil

PREPARATION
1. Soak the snacks in the hot water. When softened, mash.

2. Add potato starch and shredded cheese into (1). Mix well and form balls.

3. Place potato balls on the lightly oiled Takoyaki grill. Cook until crispy.

4. Enjoy!
