Crispy Potato Rice (Persian)

1 package of Persian rice is desirable
dill
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
Salt
2 Potato
Oil for frying

preparation method:

1. Put the rice in a bowl, pour boiling water over stir and leave to soak for about 20 minutes.
2. Put oil in pan and at the same time slice the potato into medium-thick slices (about half an inch) and fry when hot oil.
3. Fry the potato until completely browned, remove from pan and set aside.
4. Take baking paper and cut through the lid, as illustrated in the video.
