BATATYACHE KAAPA

INGREDIENTS:
 One big potato thick slice
 Salt to saste
 ½ tbsp red chilli powder
 ½ tsp turmeric powder
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 2+2 tbsp rice flour and sooji
METHOD:
Step 1. Wash and cut in to thick slice.
Step 2. Now take potato slice, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and lemon juice in to mixing bowl and marinated it very well.
Step 3. Now in a separate dish mix rice flour and sooji well.
Step 4. Now take marinated potato and coat in sooji and flour mixture.
Step 5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry potato till it gets good golden color.
Step 6. Serve hot BATATYACHE KAAPA with tomato sauce or mint chutney with salad
