How to Cook Crispy Patis Fried Chicken
This is a Filipino version of fried chicken. The drums are marinated in fish sauce for that umami flavor. It is insanely delicious!

Ingredients:
6 pieces chicken drumstick
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 piece egg
1 piece lime
2 cups cooking oil

Dipping sauce:
2 pieces Thai chili
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1/2 lime
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
