Cottage Cheese / Paneer - 400g
Club Soda / Sparkling Water - 1 Cup
Maida / All Purpose Plain Flour - ¾ cup
Corn Starch - ¼ cup
Salt - as per taste
Pepper - as per taste
Oil to Fry
Herbs - to garnish

Salsa - Onion 2
Tomato - 4
Green Chilli 2
Ketchup - 4-5 tbsp
Salt, pepper as per taste
Coriander - 3-4tbsp
