Namak para(नमकपारा)

“Namak para”, “Shanke”, “Nimki” or “Mathri”. There are so many names of this snack. Homemade namak paare can be as crispy and crunchy as you get from Market. We can make once and can eat any time.

Ingredients

200 gm Maida
1 teaspoon ajwain
½ teaspoon black jeera
½ tablespoon salt
200 ml vegetable oil
