: Crispy Fried Chicken Honeykki

I made chicken mu(pickled Korean radish). So I need to make the fried chicken, right?
So, Todays menu is Crispy Fried chicken only using chicken drumsticks.
In Korea, eating chicken with beer is called Chimaek. If you visit Korea, try this! Its awesome!!
Ill make Korean style fried chicken(yangyeom-chicken) when I can. Have a good time with chimaek.

* Ingredients
1kg 2( 1 500g ! . ), 150g, 150g,
( !)

2 packs of chicken drumsticks(or 1kg), 150g fried chicken batter mix, 150g water , frying oil
(I used fried chicken batter mix that are sold in Korean supermarket. )

* Recipe

1. Place the chicken in a bowl, pour the milk and chill for 2 hours or overnight. (This is optional)

2. In a large bowl, mix the fried chicken batter mix and water. And then, add the chicken and mix well.

3. Put the fried chicken batter mix in a bag, add the (2)chicken and shake it until well coated.

4. 170~180 8~10 .
4. Fry the coated chicken in hot oil for 8~10min at 170~180 until crispy and golden brown.
