Delicious kebabs made with hung curd and coated with corn flakes. CRISPY DAHI KEBABIngredients1 cup corn flakes250 grams hung yogurt¼ cup roasted gram flour1 tbsp chopped garlic½ tsp nutmeg powder¼ tsp clove powderCrushed black peppercorns to tasteA pinch of green cardamom powder½ tsp red chilli powderSalt to taste¼ bunch of chopped fresh coriander leaves¼ tsp chaat masala Ghee for shallow fryingGreen chutney to serveMethod1. Add cornflakes in a plate, and crush it to form slightly coarse crumbs.2. Takehung yogurt in a bowl. Add gram flour, garlic, nutmeg powder, clove powder, crushed black peppercorns, green cardamom powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander and chaat masala. Mix well.3. Shape the mixture into kebabs and coat well with cornflakes.4. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add the kebabs and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.5.
