CRISPY CHICKEN BURGER | Vahchef - VahRehVah

A Crispy fried boneless chicken stuffed between nicely roasted buns will become an amazing and a perfect burger.

Ingredients:
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon.
• Mixed dry herbs - 1 teaspoon.
• Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon.
• Maida - 1/4 cup.
• Corn flour - 1/4 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - to fry.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Burger bun - 1 number.
• Onion (sliced) - 1 number.
• Tomato(sliced) - 1 number.
• Cabbage(shredded) - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoon.
• Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons.

METHOD:
1. Firstly cut the chicken into small cubes and season it with salt, pepper, mixed dry herbs, garam masala, chili powder and mix all together.
2. Now add maida, corn flour and by sprinkling some water make it like a patty and deep fry it in oil till it is nice and crispy.
3. Then apply a Butter to a burger bun, roast them in a hot pan till it gets a light golden color and transfer into a plate.
4. On top, the bun put onion rings, tomato slices, cabbage, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, fried burger and pour some tomato ketchup, put some more onion rings tomato rings, mayonnaise and finally cover it with another bun and serve.
