Crispy Chana | How to store fresh Corn for a year | Jini -The face of Indian Mom's Kitchen

Corn is in season now and the first part of today's video is on how to remove and store corn kernels for up to a year and use whenever required; the second part is on how to make Crispy Chana and enjoy it especially during a rainy day along with a cup of piping hot tea. Also, many of you were curious to know the face behind Indian Mom's Kitchen. I am not going to disappoint you'll any longer. Well, I am Jini and as requested by you my subscribers and others, I will also be showcasing kitchen tips along with my food recipes.

Ingredients for Crispy Chana in the order of instructions:
2 cups cooked Kabuli Chana
2 tsp Cornflour
3 tbsp Rice flour
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Chaat masala
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Oil for frying
A pinch of Chaat masala/Salt/Chilli flakes
