Layer a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.Steam the cauliflower florets and diced potato until tender.Chop steamed cauliflower and potatoes finely and mix with the egg, parmesan, almond meal, yellow onion, kosher salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
