Crispy baby corn starter, Baby Corn Fritters, Fried Baby Corn Pakoda, baby corn snacksIngredients for Crispy baby cornBaby Corn (बेबी कॉर्न )- 11 (200 gms)Bread Crumbs (ब्रेड क्रम्ब )- 3 SlicesRefined Flour (मैदा )- 1/2 CupCorn Flour (कॉर्न फ्लॉर)- 2 tbspChili Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स )- 1 tspBlack Pepper (काली मिर्च )- 1 tsp (Coarsely Grounded)Ginger Paste (अदरक पेस्ट )- 1 tspSalt (नमक )- 1 tsp or as per tasteOil (तेल )- For FryingHow to make Crispy Baby Corn 1. Make paste from corn flour and refined flour. It should be of such consistency that when we dip baby corn in it,it should be coated well.2. Paste is ready. Add spices to it such as chili flakes, coarsely ground black pepper, ginger paste,salt, mix all well. 3. Heat up oil to make Baby Corn finger. Meanwhile Take 1 packet baby corn washed and dried. Cut into 2 halves veritcally. Put the sliced baby corn in flour paste and coat well. 4. Coat these baby corns with bread crumbs. Set crumbs over it, keep in a plate.Coat and keep all baby corn likewise. 5. When oil is suffeciently hot, check it, then put as many to fry as they fit in wok. Flip and fry well until golden brown. Flame should be medium high or medium. 6. Baby corn are fried from beneath, flip them. Baby corn are fried take them out in a plate. Fry all baby corn likewise. Serving : 7. All the Baby corn fingers are fried and ready.
