Crepes With Fruits | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Freshly made soft crepes stuffed with fresh fruits drizzled with maple syrup.

CREPES WITH FRUITS

Ingredients

1 cup refined flour (maida)
2 medium oranges, cut into segments
2-3 kiwis, peeled and cut into wedges
2 eggs
1½ cups milk
Salt to taste
Maple syrup for drizzling

Method

1. Break eggs in a bowl. Add milk and salt and whisk well.
2. Sift in flour and mix well into a smooth and thin batter.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter, spread into a crepe and let the underside cook. Place the fruits on one side and fold.
4. Drizzle maple syrup on top and serve hot.
