INGREDIENTS:

2 cups penne paste (preboiled upto 95%)
2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
1 tbsp crushed garlic (divided)
1 big onion chopped in cubes
1 big capsicum chopped in cubes
1/4 cup corns boiled
1/2 cup mushrooms chopped
salt to taste
pepper to season
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning
6-8 cherry tomatoes in half
4-5 basil leaves
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
4-5 tbsp fresh cream
4-5 tbsp grated cheese
