Creamy Tom Yum Fish RK Thai Kitchen

How to make Creamy Tom Yum Fish.
Ingredients :
200 g Any type Fish meat
100 g Mushrooms
1/4 cup Galangal, sliced
1/4 cup Lemon Grass, smashed & cut
5 Kaffir Lime leaves, torn
1/2 cup Shallots, smashed & cut
3 tbsp Fish sauce.
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Chili paste with soya bean oil
1/2 cup Evaporated milk
5 Red chilli, smashed (or as you like)
1/2 cup Small tomato, cut
1/4 cup Coriander leaves, cut
3 tbsp Fresh Lime juice.
3 cups Fish or chicken stock.
