Creamy Palak Chicken
Ingredients for Spinach Puree/Blanching:
Spinach 1 kg
Fenugreek leaves (fresh) 1 cup
Water (for blanching) 6 cups
Baking soda 1 pinch
Chilled water 4 cups or (for soaking) as required
Green chilies 3-4

Ingredients for Creamy Palak Chicken:
Oil 1/2 cup
Spinach puree
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Cashew nut (for garnishing)
Cream (for garnishing)
K&NS Mughlai Tikka 515 gm

Direction for Spinach Mixture Preparation:
1. In a pot add water and bring it to a boil, add baking soda, spinach, Fenugreek leaves, and blanch it for 4 to 5 minutes.
2. Then to secure the spinach color, dip it in ice water for 1-2 mins.
3. Drain the water, and transfer the spinach in a blender. Add green chilies and blend until a smooth paste has formed.
Directions for Creamy Palak Chicken Preparation:
4. In a pot heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent.
5. Add ginger garlic and cook for a minute. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, red chili flakes, white pepper powder and cook for 1-2 mins.
6. Then add spinach puree and cook for 4-5 mins.
7. Thaw K&Ns Mughlai Tikka as per instructions on the pack.
8. Fry K&Ns Mughlai Tikka as per instructions on the pack.
9. Then add prepared K&Ns Mughlai Tikka and cook for 2-3 mins. Add cream and cook for 3-4 minutes.
10. Garnish it with cashew nuts and cream. Your Creamy Palak Chicken is ready.
