In a pot add water and bring it to a boil, add baking soda, spinach, Fenugreek leaves, and blanch it for 4 to 5 minutes.2. Then to secure the spinach color, dip it in ice water for 1-2 mins.3. Drain the water, and transfer the spinach in a blender. Add green chilies and blend until a smooth paste has formed.Directions for Creamy Palak Chicken Preparation:4. In a pot heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent.5. Add ginger garlic and cook for a minute. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, red chili flakes, white pepper powder and cook for 1-2 mins.6. Then add spinach puree and cook for 4-5 mins.7.
