Creamy Devil's Egg | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Boiled egg white shells stuffed with creamy mayonnaise mustard mixture.

CREAMY DEVIL'S EGG

Ingredients

1-2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 eggs, hard boiled, halved, egg whites and yolks separated
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard paste
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
1½-2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Method

1. Take egg yolks in a bowl and mash well. Add cream cheese, Dijon mustard, sweet relish, paprika, salt, crushed peppercorns and mayonnaise and mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with the yolk-cream mixture. Pipe it out into egg white shells.
3. Serve immediately.

Preparation Time: 12-15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-8 minutes
