Boiled egg white shells stuffed with creamy mayonnaise mustard mixture.CREAMY DEVIL'S EGGIngredients1-2 tablespoons cream cheese2 eggs, hard boiled, halved, egg whites and yolks separated1 tablespoon Dijon mustard paste1 tablespoon sweet relish1 teaspoon paprikaSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste1½-2 tablespoons mayonnaiseMethod1. Take egg yolks in a bowl and mash well. Add cream cheese, Dijon mustard, sweet relish, paprika, salt, crushed peppercorns and mayonnaise and mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.2. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with the yolk-cream mixture. Pipe it out into egg white shells.3.
